被铁拳砸了：上传限速

每个月资费 60 元，3 张卡，移动流量用一小半。<br />
上星期发现宽带上行只剩 8Mbps，合约里 300 M下，30 M 上，去年自动给到 50 M 上。<br />
<br />
一开始，我直接联系 xx 工程师，不想打客服，免得影响 xxx 的 KPI。<br />
结果上门，打开 speedtest.net，然后问有没有跑 PCDN，我心想难道开始套路话术吗？但还是回答，没有。<br />
于是就对着家里设备拍照，我犹豫了几秒才制止，问他，拍照可以，得有个说法吧：我家的网路怎么回事？你拍照的用途为何？<br />
他回答，有人跑 PCDN，一个月几 TB，工司不允许。如果你没跑，就拍照说明情况。<br />
然后，我登上路由器，发现刚好开机百日：<br />

我问，平均每日上传 28 GB，也不行吗？他说流量异常。我问那多少是正常。他不正面回答。<br />
我问，多久有回复，他也不回答。于是我等了 48 小时，打客服投诉他，没按流程作业，未说明情况且未经许可拍照。<br />

现在用 wx 问我，想怎么样？为什么搞他？又转发合同截图：不得用于经营目的、未经许可只能有一台终端上网等。<br />
我都不想理他，因为觉得他不真诚。<br />
公网 IPv4 都没有，跑什么 PCDN？<br />

上行如果跑满 55 M，每月最多 55 / 8 * 86400 * 30 / 1024 / 1024 = 16.99 TB<br />
老子只跑了 2.7 / (100/30) = 0.81 TB 每月<br />
0.81 / 16.99 = 0.047662545449<br />

其实他们根本不会在乎你用了多少，他们只在乎你的上传量已经超越了其他99%的家用用户，所以你就会被处理，就这么简单

我月初每天上传夸克、阿里云网盘平均一天50~100G，把本地文件备份到云盘上，一点事儿没有
