现在甲骨文这么好申请吗？随手就升级成功了

2月份东京，首尔相继被杀。<br />
今天随手就把东京申请下来了。<br />
环境如下<br />
safari 隐私模式，搬瓦工vps, 美国的代收地址，c1信用卡<br />
<br />
输入完信用卡信息后，点验证完成转圈圈后回到甲骨文云的登录主界面，而不是像之前一样有个成功页面信息。<br />

添加信用卡点击升级后手机收到扣费100刀，吓我一跳，赶快打开app看，虚惊一场，原来是验证。<br />
希望不要被反薅<br />

<br />
经过4个小时等待，账号升级成功，顺利地开了个4c 24g 200g 的免费arm服务器
