写了一个高能片段自动切片工具，可自定义切片数量时长
之前写的跑在闲置小鸡上的项目获得了大家的广泛好评：bilive - 7 x 24 小时无人监守录制、渲染弹幕、识别字幕、自动切片、自动上传、兼容超低配机器，感谢大家的使用，评论里很多人想单独使用切片的功能，所以我这两天又把自动切片的库从原项目中抽离出来作为 package 了，主要面向的还是服务器场景，所以做成了 cli 的形式，当然大家有好的想法欢迎一起讨论！<br /><br />
