ovh免税流程是怎样的，为啥说个人不能免税

之前个人ie也是免的吧  没看到vat啊

我随便挑了个12.99的，发现最后就是有税的，续费得15欧多

不要说免税，说验证账号，你账号验证成功了，地址在免税区就是免税的。
